Dutch Customer Service Advisor

Your challenge

Your challenge will be to provide an excellent level of customer support to customers who may be experiencing issues with their product. You will assist customers registering their SIM and verifying their identity via web cam or app. You will also be handling  queries over the phone and through email, chat, and social media platforms. 

Your resume

•    Fluent in spoken and written Dutch
•    Near fluency in English (training will be in English)
•    Proven experience in customer service
