What will you do in this job?
As the Dutch speaking Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for dealing with both B2B and B2C clients via phone and email. You will, when needed, offer product support and training for customers to make full and better use of their product offerings. Keep in mind that you may also be dealing with invoice queries and finance issues on top of other customer service tasks.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you to have a near native level of Dutch and a good level of English to join the customer care team here in Brno. You have a proven track record in dealing with Dutch speaking customers and can deliver an excellent service each and every time (have IT Support experience would be a plus for your application). You are comfortable with dealing with both B2B and B2C clients as well as being 100% genuine about living and working in Brno.

Work in the second largest city in the Czech Republic - Brno!
Brno is a university town and many who live here speak English (don't go rushing for the Czech dictionary just yet). Interview & Salary:
The great thing about this client of ours is that they are flexible - the interview process here is based on email assessments and 2 phone/Skype interviews. If you are successful you can look forward to a relocation package to help get you and set up in Brno along with earning CZK31,000 gross per month.
