About the position
We are looking for a Dutch Customer Support Advisor for our client, an international and continuously growing business based in the center of sunny Barcelona. The partners that our client works with are world-famous brands in the fields of technology, digital marketing, online advertising and social media. As a Dutch Customer Support Advisor, your job will be to consult customers with their business challenges and tailor the right solutions to their needs. Main tasks

  • Attend customer posts in Social Networks
  • Solve any kind of customer's doubt or complain regarding our Client
  • Log call details onto call management systems
  • Provide response and resolution within SLA
  • Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers
  • Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor
  • To follow all the processes and procedures of the project

We offer

  • Full-time (39hrs/week) and permanent contract
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday from 08:00 to 17:00
  • Flight and temporary accommodation

Requirements

  • High/native level of Dutch and English
  • Goal and customer service oriented
  • Good knowledge of Social Media Platforms
  • Working knowledge of Windows/MS Office/ internet configuration
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to different situations and needs
  • Problem-solving and quality-oriented
