Dutch Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Our client is a leading outsourcing company with an international client base from Telecoms to gaming and online service providers. With locations in Asia, Europe, Latin America and the US and supporting over 30 languages, they provide their employees with the opportunity to work beyond their normal daily tasks to assist in projects and the development of new skills.

As an Inbound Sales and Support Representative you will be representing the largest domain name registrar and web hosting provider in the world and will provide advice to your customers via phone, email, live chat on the right online product and service strategies to help with their business or personal needs.


Essential criteria

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in both English and Dutch
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong understanding or strong willingness to learn Internet and website technologies
  • Knowledge of websites, Facebook, Twitter, Yelp and Google+ highly preferred


Please note candidate need to be able to relocate and work in the UK without restriction.
