Dutch or German Customer Service Representative

Main responsibilities:

  • Acquiring new customers by handling incoming queries and proactively engaging with them to fit the best solution for their needs;
  • Contact with existing customers maximizing revenue by upselling, x-seling, and if needed, downselling to meet customer needs;
  •  Create and improve sale strategies, implementing them on various customer segments;


  • Fluent in either Dutch or German, and good command of the English language;
  • Eager to learn about marketing and online platforms;
  • Good communication skills and proactive attitude:
  • Experience in customer care is an asset
