What will you do in this Job?
As part of the HR team, your day-to-day will consist of being the first point of contact with regards to any and all HR queries from staff based with the Dutch Market. You will be responsible for HR admin tasks (contracts, onboarding documentation, employee issues etc.) Maintain all documentation of queries and detailed notes on actions taken. It will be your job to stay on top of knowing company policies and procedures in order to help any staff in the future as well as partnering up with HR leadership in order to help in the enhancement of staff experiences etc.

Who are we looking for?
To join the HR team here in Dublin you will need a near native level of Dutch and a strong level of English. You will need excellent communication skills in both languages (written & oral). You will need a 3rd level degree in business/HR and of course, previous experience in the HR sector. (Experience with HRIS would be an advantage).
You are an excellent team player, have top-notch MS Office skills and a good attention to detail.

Interview & Salary
The interview process for this job requires you to sit a language assessment (Dutch + English) and phone interview and if successful a face-to-face interview here in Dublin.
In terms of Salary and benefits, you can expect to earn a basic salary and monthly bonus which will have you earning €31,200. There is a relocation package and great benefits such as canteen, gym, discount on health insurance and pension schemes.
