Dutch IT Support Representative - for a brand new project

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Dutch Hardware Technical Support Agent in Dublin. In this Dutch job you will be providing first class hardware technical support to customers on the phone and via email to any occurring issues regarding WIFI- and Network connections. You will be expected to maintain the database and, if necessary, give calls-back to customers to follow up and make sure that their problem has been resolved. Please note some knowledge of electrics and consumer electronics is required for this job.

Who are we looking for? 
You are very welcome to send us your CV in English for this Dutch Customer Service/IT Support job in Dublin, if you have: 

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch (near native level) plus excellent English; 
- 1-2 years of experience in a contact centre environment or in computer networking; 
- Strong interest and/or experience in IT plus basic knowledge of electrics and consumer electronics; 
- Experience using WIFI - enabled products; 
- Proven record in resolving customer issues; 
- Target driven and an outgoing personality with great time management skills; 
- If you are ready to relocate to Dublin as soon as possible. 

Interview process and salary 
The interview process for this Dutch job will involve an initial quick phone screen that will be followed by two tests. The next step will be an in-depth HR interview. The starting salary is €23000 gross per annum and staying with the company will be rewarded: after 6 months you will receive €24,500 per annum which will increase to €26,000 after 12 months.
