Dutch or German Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

If you enjoy the virtual marketplace and have good communication skills, this job is perfect for you. 

Assist the customer in:

  • All stages of a purchase;
  • Advise them on payment and helping with shipping process;
  • Inform customers about their account settings and other queries.
     

Requirements:

-Fluent in Dutch, and good command of the English language;

-Eager to learn about marketing and e-comerce;

-Good communication skills and proactive attitude:

-Experience in customer care is an asset
