To all Dutch Speakers with an excellent level of German who are looking to fully utilise their language skills - we have a Technical Support job hot off the press and ready for applications.
You will be responsible for supporting branches of our clients within the Netherlands and Germany - which will involve providing IT support for network issues, technical faults with cash registers, computers (both hardware & software related). This is a multilingual job for the technically savvy Dutch speaker with excellent German currently based in Dortmund or looking to relocate there on short notice.
What will you do in this job?
As the Dutch + German Technical Support Agent you will be responsible for resolving any technical issues that arise from the various branches located within the Netherlands and Germany from Staff members via phone and email. Due to this, it is crucial that you have a near native level of both Dutch and German.

You will get the chance to work for Europe's leading specialist in the cosmetics and beauty industry, who currently operates in over 15 Countries with near 200 million customers. They are based here in Dortmund and are looking for a multilingual Dutch + German speaker to join their Technical Support team. Could this be you?
Who are we looking for?
We are currently looking for a near native Dutch speaker who has a near native level of German and excellent English. You will need either a 3rd level degree in IT and/or the relevant experience (1 year experience in IT Support). You have excellent communication skills (written & oral) in both Dutch & German and It would be great if you were already living in Dortmund or possibly available to move there on short notice.

Interview & Salary
The interview process for this Multilingual Technical Support job is straightforward - the will be a screening call with our client and then if you are successful you will be asked for a face-to-face interview here in Dortmund. You can then expect to earn €33,000 gross per annum.
