Dutch Procurement Role available in Romania!

Job Description


A large Multinational Company with numerous sites around the world, specialized in all outsourcing services. The Company is a Global Leader in the fields of outsourcing of Accounting, Financial, Customer Contact and Management, Procurement and Supply-Chain Management, IT services, as well as Technical Support services, to name a few. Their success has awarded them with a multitude of awards in many countries, some of them for being one of the “Best places to work”.

Currently, they are looking to increase their services capacity at their excellent and large site in Bucharest, Romania



  • Processing requisitions, purchase orders and other procurement documents
  • Handling procurement reporting
  • Ensuring procurement hotline
  • Assist suppliers negotiations for large buys
  • Training other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and requested    by the manager
  • Updating the working procedures periodically



  • Fluent Dutch and English
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Effective communication skills (oral and written)
  • University graduate (Economic studies are an advantage)
  • Ability to work both independently and achieve goals and objectives set by the business
  • Availability to relocate to Romania
