Dutch / Flemish Speaking B2B Sales/ Recruitment Consultant

What the role entails:

  • Working on the Benelux market
  • Business Development to generate new and maintain current business relationships
  • Selling on multiple levels
  • Advertising job vacancies
  • Head-hunting and networking
  • Co-ordinating interviews and negotiating salaries
  • Co-ordinating the recruitment process for both the client and the candidate

 

What we're looking for: 

  • Native or Fluent Dutch/Flemish speakers
  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline) 
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism, resilience and perseverance 
  • You must have a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed 
  • Proven track record of success 
  • An ability to work well under pressure
  • You should be willing to fully invest yourself to the role and work hard in order to reap the rewards

  • Competitive base salary (£16,000 - £20,000) dependent upon experience
