Dutch SMB Account Manager Job

Job Description


Our client is an international operator of high quality customer service and technical support for various, well-known multinational companies based in Cork. The employees' well-being is seen as core to business and key to an excellent customer experience.

As Dutch SMB Account Manager, you will be the single point of contact for a portfolio of clients who recently sign up to a SaaS (Software as a Service) 30 day trial version. You will be on-boarding clients and guiding them through various product applications that are useful to their specific business. But you will also be a single point of contact for technical queries and up-sell them to pay in-apps and sign them up for a paid version after the free trial.

The successful candidate's profile:

- Fluent in Dutch & English 
- Experience as a technical customer service/support/call centre specialist (level 1) 
- Sales experience (any kind of sales area) 
- Excellent customer service and communication skills 
- Passion for helping people and IT, but also working in a great team environment

Salary and Benefits:


24.000 Euro (gross) per year + Bonus

First two weeks of accommodation are provided for candidates coming from abroad.
