Dutch Speaking Customer Service

Job Description:

As the Dutch Speaking customer service agent, it will you job to manage all Dutch speaking customer enquiries via phone, fax and email, as well as handling problem/complaint cases from beginning to end. This includes but is not limited to RMA (Return Material Authorisations)  processing, Customer service, and customer exceptions.

Maintain an accurate on-line record of any and all issues faced, and provide a single point of contact and escalation for all problems. Consult with other appropriate head of departments when necessary in order to resolve issues.


Provide a professional and concise Dutch speaking customer support service to clients and customers.

You will be responsible for all communications in regards to non-technical support and RMA i.e. Fax, email voice messages and written, into the service management system.

Receive and evaluate calls and emails, and determine what it is the customer needs and handle it accordingly; this is all to be on a daily basis.

Handling all RMA questions and exceptions, including however not limited to: managing Customer master data, Logistics issues with RMA's, portal account requests and resending repair quotes.

Verify changes (e.g. address, email) for Customers place records in the system and take appropriate action.

Report relevant and appropriate feedback to management in regards to customers satisfaction.

Follow up on all outstanding cases assigned to you in a timely fashion.

Keep up to date on all of our policies, procedures and service offerings that affect both our external and internal customers.

Successfully complete any assigned training and self-study.

Constantly try to install a positive image of our products, IT skills and our overall commitment to provide excellent quality to our customers.

Ad-hoc duties may be assigned when necessary by a supervisor.



  • Native Dutch & English. ( Excellent written, oral and listening skills)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Team player
  • Good with Technology
  • Works well under pressure
  • Previous Experience in a call centre or customer service department is favourable.
