Dutch Speaking Retailer and Customer support

Job Description

Our client is a large distributor and manufacturer based in Kettering. They are currently looking for a Dutch speaking customer support agent to join their growing European team, supporting the company's network of shops in the UK and the Netherlands.
The role involves assisting business customers in Dutch and in English, and providing excellent customer care.

You will be handling telephone calls, processing orders and dealing with any queries as they come in from the retailers. Some involvement in quality control of the products will be required when receiving goods from suppliers, and you will also be handling some supplier queries in Dutch as well.

You must have fluent written and spoken Dutch and English, have an excellent telephone manner and good IT skills. Customer service experience is highly desirable.

There will be training provided, but if you have some experience of office or working on the phone, this would be an advantage.

The company is based on the edge of Kettering and is within commuting distance of Coventry, Northampton, Leicester, rugby Bedford or Milton Keynes.

There is a quarterly bonus dependant on company and individual performance and this could be £800 per year after tax

Please note that some weekend shifts are required but this will be given off as time in the week.
There are three shift patterns, one Monday to Friday 8-5 or 930-6 with some weekends and one compressed shift with 3 days on then 3 days off working 8am-7pm.

This is a permanent position, as part of a small team of Dutch speakers supporting a network of retailers and suppliers across the Netherlands. They provide externally recognised training and qualifications as a part of the role.
