The Company is a Global Leader in the fields of outsourcing of Accounting, Financial, Customer Contact and Management, Procurement and Supply-Chain Management, IT services, as well as Technical Support services, to name a few. Currently, they are looking to increase their services capacity at their excellent and large site in Bucharest, Romania.

Responsibilities

• Handling phone calls
• Administering in databases
• First line technical support
• Effective and professional verbal and written communication
• Participating in preparing customer reports

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch and English

• Proficient knowledge of computers, the Internet and office automation
• Ability to handle client on one-to-one basis, via e-mails and calls
• Strong customer orientation
• No working experience required (similar work experience an advantage)
