Dutch Technical Support and Sales Specialist

Job Description

You will be the single point of contact for customers on topics ranging from client boarding and set- up, advising on using basic and advanced features and apps, troubleshooting technical issues, replacing faced components and answering questions around a SAAS solution for businesses, successful deployment and adoption of new users with trial period accounts.

What we expect from you:

- Fluent in Dutch & English
- Experience as a technical customer service/support/call centre specialist (level 1)
- Technical understanding and ability to troubleshoot issues with software, cloud applications and to synchronize different devices
- Experiences in Sales/ Up-selling a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to communicate technical information in a simple way to non technical people
- Being a passionate team player and 'people person'
- Patience with customers

What we offer:

- Salary: 24.000 Euro + Bonus structure
- One month training will be provided
- Accommodation for the first two weeks (for candidates from abroad)
