Dutch Travel Support Agent

Our client, one of the largest online travel websites worldwide, is looking for Dutch Travel Support Agents to join their successful, dynamic team in vibrant Amsterdam. 

As a Dutch Travel Support Agent, you will be responsible for incoming calls from potential customers, handling customer inquiries in a professional manner and offer the highest quality of customer service. You cover the travel needs of both individuals and businesses and ensure that they can achieve the best matching travel arrangements. 
  • Providing service and support to customers via email and phone
  • Dealing with and find solutions for your customers’ questions
  • Being driven to achieve sales targets
You are/have: 
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Completed at least secondary school education
  • Passionate about tourism
  • Knowledge of sales including cross-and upselling
  • Available 40 hours per week and flexible regarding scheduling (evenings/weekends)
  • Strong computer/typing skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Organized, accurate, and professional
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic and comfortable with communicating over the phone
  • Work experience in a call center is a plus
