What will you do in this job?
As part of the Customer Service Team, you will be helping all customers (mainly Dutch speaking customers, as you will be working customers from the Netherlands) via phone, email and possibly online chat. You will be responsible for documenting all issues and queries filed by your customers and ensuring each customer is left with a good customer experience with you and a good impression of the company itself.

Who are we looking for?
For this Dutch WITH German Customer Service job we are looking for you to have a near native level of Dutch and a good level of German and English. You will need to have some customer service experience behind you and it would be great if you had a good working knowledge about the insurance industry or perhaps have worked in this area before. What is needed for your application is an affinity or experience with boating/yachts/ship industry. You are a good team player and like working closely with others as this is a new team that you will be joining so you get to be there for the growth of the office.
Where would you be working?
Hamburg: a city bursting with life, that's crossed by many canals and has some great areas of parklands. The great thing is you are less than an hour's drive to this beautiful city. This Dutch Customer Service Job is based close to the Hamburg Harbor - You would only be 20 mins away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
