eCommerce Customer Service

The project you will be working on is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic German speaker to join their team, sound like you? 

Your challenge

Your role will be to provide e-mail and live chat support to customers who are having issues with anything to do with the website. This is an opportunity for you to gain international experience while also increasing your customer service skills.  The position does not require telephone support so if you are more comfortable with communicating via live chat and e-mail, this could be perfect for you! Some of your daily tasks will include:

  • Providing email and chat support to customers who are having issues 
  • Keeping up with high a volume of inquiries every day
  • Finding solutions to new problems that arise each day

Your resume

  • Fluent in Czech with a good level of English (B level)
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot problems effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a contact support center would be a bonus!
