Electric Car Customer Support

We are recruiting for a project with an electric vehicle infrastructure company based in California. The company operates an open electric vehicle charging network and develops the software inside the charging poles. They have raised over $240 million and maintain over 57,000 charging spots worldwide.

To grow further, they need German speaking customer support agents, to help the customers using the charging poles. 

Who are you?

  • Open minded and a positive attitude
  • Affinity with computers and technology
  • Proactive attitude
  • German and English at C2 level with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Flexibility is necessary! (e.g. working on weekends, night-shifts and Bank Holidays open 24/7)
