Customer Service Representative English on a native level

Job Description

We are recruiting for a position in Customer Support. TomTom, the world's leading navigation provider in Amsterdam may be looking for you!  

Are you an ENGLISH  NATIVE SPEAKER and would you like to work for an innovative company in the centre of Amsterdam? 
You will be responsible for:
- Providing clear and excellent end user and retail support for our devices to our consumers and retailers
- Offering assistance on a wide range of technical issues relating to use of the products
- Presales advice and troubleshooting
- Procedural assistance for after sales logistics

We offer:

- Two weeks training period 
- Fulltime job (40 hours p/w) with fixed contract
- € 1800,- gross a month

We are looking for:
- Experience in customer service or support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technical skills and/or passion for gadgets
- Availability for a least one year
- Possession of a Dutch Sofi-number (BSN-number)
- Permanent address in the Amsterdam area
- Valid work permit and/or VISA status for a minimum of one year
