Do you speak English and do you want to work in the contact center business, then we have a vacancy for you in Münster, Germany.


  • You answer the phone for English-speaking customers who have technical problems with their software package.

  • You help with the software configuration.

  • You make sure that all customers´ questions, requirements or complaints are dealt with at once.

  • You enter all information you received from the customer in a data administration system.


  • Your command of the English language is on a native-speaker level

  • You have a valid work permit

  • Your communication skills are very good

  • You are a quick problem-solver

  • You have a highly flexible working attitude
