I'm looking for new talents to join our Quality Assurance department as an entry level QA Specialist for our recruitment company specialised in specific sector on an international level.
The QA Specialist will receive a specific training on what is the key responsibility to review and analyse the activities carried on by our recruitment consultants and ensure the expected quality level of our business processes.
QA department is a crucial element of our success and the quality of our services. QA Specialists are in contact every day with all the other departments of the company and above all with the Sales teams.
QA main tasks include performance analysis, analyse the daily activity of consultants (calls, written communication and overall effectiveness of workflow), to highlight the achievements and main issues consultants have to deal with, improve and achieve to grow, and, nonetheless, communicate them to the management.
This is an administrative role (with a different variety of analytical activities (listen to Consultants' calls, checking adverts, KPIs, redacting reports) but with an active contact with your team (QA Team) and as well a direct impact on all the Sales Teams. This means that you will work in an international environment and you will also have the possibility to grow and increase your responsibilities.

Woring hours: Monday-Friday 7.30 am - 4.00 pm
