Exhibition Sales Executive

Is a fast growing multi-award winning events and publishing company. With its’ exhibition portfolio including celebrated events such as 100% Design, Clerkenwell Design Week, Ideal Home Show, and Grand Designs, They are recognised as a driving force behind excellence and innovation within

the exhibition industry in the UK.

Role Description


This role involves selling UK and International companies the merits of exhibiting at these events.  Due to the nature of the client base this role does involve a lot of telephone sales though we do encourage face-to-face meetings whenever possible.  There is also the opportunity to visit international exhibitions to canvass leads and meet existing clients.

Personnel Spec

The ideal candidate will have a history of selling marketing solutions to clients. They must be passionate about media sales, commercially minded and bursting with new ideas. They’re driven, self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude. They’re ambitious, confident; thrive on pressure and are a great communicator. They’re resourceful, organised and simply love driving revenues.

To ensure sales targets (personal & exhibition are achieved every week/every month

To ensure expected telephone call rates, (set by your line manager) are achieved consistently

To manage all business across their exhibition section, supporting the Head of Sales

To ensure that the quality of exhibitor is kept at the highest achievable level

To canvas, develop and grow client base and spend. To ensure all new business is followed up and turned in to repeat business

To obtain regular testimonials from clients

To liaise with your line manager to ensure forward planning is accurate and relevant

To represent the exhibition and Media 10 at all relevant exhibitions and events, in a smart, mature and productive manner.
