Export Sales Administrator - German Speaking

Job Description

Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a German Speaking Export Sales Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative manufacturer, who are market leaders in their field. Based in Flitwick, Bedfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer relationship management, liaising with external customers and prospects
  • Liaise with a variety of internal contacts including warehouse and Sales Managers to ensure customers’ requirements are met
  • Process enquiries demonstrating full understanding of requirements
  • Work with relevant departments to resolve customer complaints
  • Process enquiries, demonstrating understanding of requirements
  • Resolve queries/issues as they arise within the department
  • Upsell alternatives to customers
  • Process stock orders/ monitor stock levels
  • Send samples to customers for approval
  • Respond to website enquiries and allocate to appropriate departments within the business
  • Provide cover for reception as and when required

Person Specification:

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and German
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Able to think "outside of the box"
  • Sales Administration experience
  • Takes responsibility and ownership
  • Attention to detail
  • Good customer service abilities
  • Able to travel overseas as required by the business

This is full-time permanent position offering an attractive salary of up to £26,000 plus annual bonus and attractive company benefits.
