The Job.

You will be promoting a new world and become an ambassador for the world's leading brand of entertainment with millions of enthusiasts and innovative projects and ideas.  

 – Provide professional customer service solutions over the phone, live chat and emails
– Answer and solve viewers' inquiries and issues about account management, billing, etc.
– Provide account and application support to viewers, specifically with regards to software functionality and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings.
– Give accurate and real-time responses to viewer inquiries.
– Guarantee clients satisfaction and high level of quality
– Ensure and participate in the success of the department

The Profile.

For this role, the Company is looking for professional and friendly individuals with empathy and the ability to multitask.

– You are a native French speaker with very good English
– You are highly reliable, adaptable, a fast learner, and you have strong problem-solving skills
– You are professional and communicative
– You are able to multi-task and have strong interpersonal skills
– Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus
– You are already located in Barcelona

The Offer.

– A salary in line with market standards: 17.640 Euros gross/year + up to 1.500 Euros gross/year in bonus  + full-paid training period
– Long-term position, full-time job (39hrs/week), Monday to Sunday  from 13:00 to 21:00  (2 days off /week)
