Fashion Customer Adviser in Barcelona (Italian)

For their client, a world-renowned fashion brand, they are looking for customer-oriented individuals willing to join their bubbly international support team.

The Job.

In this position, you will attend customers via phone and emails, and guide them through their queries involving the online store, buying inquiries, logistics, delivery, refunds, etc.

The Profile.

You are:

– A native Italian speaker already settled in Barcelona, with good English command
– Experienced in customer service (face-to-face or in a call-center)
– Quality and service-oriented with strong adaptability, listening and empathy skills
– A detail-oriented, fast learner, communicative and positive individual
– Highly interested in fashion brands

The Offer.

– 39 hours/week (rotative): Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 19:00
– A salary in line with Barcelona’s standards: 16.700 Euros gross/year + up to 1.200 Euros gross/year
