Fashion Customer Service Adviser (German/Dutch)

The Company

Do you like helping and communicating with people?  Our client is one of the biggest world fashion brand and is currently recruiting for passionate and customer oriented candidates to join their Support Team in Barcelona.

The Job

In this position, you will attend customers via phone and emails, and guide them through their queries involving the online store, buying inquiries, logistics, delivery, refunds, etc.

In more details, the job includes:
- Take incoming customer calls and emails, analyze their queries, and solve users' demands
- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
- Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers
- Escalate potential service issues initially with your Mentor
- Work on additional tasks required by Supervisor or Mentor connected to keeping up the service performance, quality and customer satisfaction

The Profile

- Language skills: German or Dutch native speaker + excellent English
- Previous experience in a Customer Service related role (face-to-face or over the phone) is a plus
- Interested by fashion, and fashion industry in general
- Very good communication (oral and written) and listening skills
- Polite, empathy, diplomacy and ability to adapt your speech to a very diverse audience
- Dynamic and positive energy
- Customer, quality and service-oriented
- Good organization skills and attention to details
- Team player, open-minded and always ready to help
- Enthusiast, motivated, eager to learn and self-starter
- Valid work permit or EU citizenship required

The Offer

- A salary in line with Barcelona’s standard: €16.000 / year + bonus + full-paid training period
- Long-term position, full-time job (39hrs/week), standard office hours (9am - 6pm), Monday to Saturday
