Finnish Team Leader for Customer Support Agents

Finnish Customer Service Team Leader position open in Tallinn! Do you have experience in the iGaming industry and leading a team?

The beautiful capital of Estonia has a lot to offer. Beautiful old town, charismatic restaurants, active nightlife and everything with a cheaper price tag! Have you gotten to know the daily life in Tallinn or interested to see what the city has to offer? We are searching for a Finnish team leader for a team of six people.
 

 

Your reponsibilities:

  • Responsible in solving customer problems and helping the customer support agents
  • Developing and documenting efficient customer support
  • Supporting the customer service team and setting KPI's
  • Efficient training of the employees
  • Developing and handling the database, and collecting FAQ
  • Cooperation with the marketing department to ensure quality in campaigns
  • Setting and handling working hours for the customer support team
  • Ensuring continuous and balanced customer support even at an absence of an employee 
 

The profile we are looking for is:

  • Fluent Finnish and English skills
  • Good in communication
  • Experience in the iGaming industry (preferred)
  • Experience as a team leader (project management etc. is also considerable)
  • Strong motivator with a good attitude!
