Flemish Customer Service Representative

What is the job?

As a Flemish Customer Support Representaive your duties will include dealing with Flemish clients on a daily basis you must be able to handle these situations effectively. The Customer Service agent will be processing payments from Flemish clients and dealing with Flemish customer care and support issues in relation to payments and transactions etc. You will be likely to receive queries about transactions and you will be expected to provide solutions to clients with problems ranging from cash payments to processes. As a Flemish payment support Agent you will also be dealing with financial data and the processing of this data.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Flemish Customer Support Representative who will be based in Belfast. You will need to be available to relocate in a short space of time. To be considered for the role of the Flemish Customer Support Representative the ideal candidate must possess near native fluency in English and Flemish Flemish both written and spoken. The ideal candidate will have some experience with Flemish speaking Customer Support, preferably in a call centre. The role is mainly phone and email based so candidates should be comfortable with this line of customer support role.

Interview process and salary

In order to get this language job in Belfast you will have to go through an initial phone screening, followed by an email assessment followed by an in-depth 2nd round interview. Our client is offering a relocation package and a gross annual salary between £13000 and £14000 per annum.
