Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls
  • Identify the best solution of customer queries
  • Solve technical issue of customers
  • Provide basic trouble shooting
  • Handle customer queries by phone, email or chat

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent Dutch and Fluent English
  • Team player
  • Customer Care Oriented
  • Good technical skills and familiar with new technologies
  • Previous experience in Customer service  will be an advantage
