Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle inbound calls
  • Identify the best solution of customer queries
  • Solve technical issue of customers
  • Provide basic trouble shooting
  • Handle customer queries by phone, email or chat

 

Requirements:

  • Native or near native (C1, C1+) French
  • Fluent English
  • Candidate must have European passport or permanent residence in Greece
  • Excellent knowledge of computer and technology
  • Customer Service focus
  • Should be happy with salary, benefits and start date
