French and English Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Job purpose

The main responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to handle all incoming customer calls and e-mails while following the internal standards and procedures and providing an excellent customer experience.


Your Responsibilities

  • Interacting with clients via phone or email in a courteous, friendly and professional manner
  • Identifying customer needs, assisting with their inquiries, and providing the highest quality of service in meeting their needs
  • Confirming consumer understanding of the solution and providing additional consumer education as needed
  • Managing customer accounts and record details of all actions taken
  • Maintain broad knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, procedures, and other important issues through management communications, team meetings, focus groups, formal training, and customer Help Systems (among other tools)
  • Availability between 16h00 and 07h00, including rotating weekends
