French and German B2B Services Administrator

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a French and German speaking B2B Services Administrator for our client based in Evesham.  In this role you will be communicating with customers via phone and email to resolve complaints and troubleshoot problems with customer orders. You will be responsible for assessing incoming complaints from a variety of sources and ensuring all the relevant information is correctly recorded. You will be the main point of contact for the customer, keeping them informed of the status of their complaint, sending out technical specialists when required, conducting internal investigations to resolve the issue and making suggestions for improvement where necessary.

Our client is a global manufacturing company which makes building and interior design products for shops and businesses as well as homes. Their products are sold mostly through distributors and specialist installers so their customers are mostly businesses.

They are passionate about languages and people and have won awards as Investors in People for the provision of training for their staff.


Ideally you will be fluent in German, French and Dutch; however our client is willing to consider candidates with only French and German.

You must be well organised and be able to troubleshoot problems in a logical, methodical manner. Previous experience in an office or customer service environment would be advantageous.


The company is based to the south of Evesham and is easily commutable from Worcester, Cheltenham, Stratford, Banbury, Gloucester and the M5.


Due to the location of the office and the infrequency of public transport it is highly desirable that the successful candidate has their own car. There is plenty of onsite parking available.
