French Country Manager

Job Description

Our client is a consulting company specialising in International Business development and Promotion of
international events. They are working with SMEs, Exhibition organisers and Institutionals offering them
solutions to increase their activities/revenues in United Kingdom and foreign market. They are looking for
Bilingual Country Manager to strengthen their position. The role is based in Central London and there will be
the possibility of a quick career progression for the right candidate, with opportunity to become a business

• Managing a team of 6-8 staff
• Planning the Sales activity to achieve agreed business objectives, sales targets and profit goals
• Coaching and mentoring the staff to achieve these goals
• Supervising the consulting activity and working with the consultants to prepare market studies,
prospecting clients and recruitment of potential UK partners on behalf of clients
• Developing business and growing accounts through sales activities
• Liaising with projects managers to advise and assist foreign companies to set up/develop in the UK.
• Responsible for the P&L
• Managing the office however most back office activities are outsourced

• Business degree/MBA or similar
• Fluent French and English – excellent oral and written skills, Spanish a plus
• Proven international sales experience in B2B, ideally in a management capacity
• Previous client’s management, strong understanding of Export Business
• Selling and negotiation skills to senior level
• Clear understanding of profitability and sales
• Ability to analyse customer business needs and profitable solutions
• Strong analytical skills, good time management, self-starter and ability to make decisions will be strong

£40k- £42k/pa negotiable – according to skills and experience
Plus bonus
