French Customer Service Agent

Job Description

COMPUTACENTER is a British-owned business that provides international IT services. Worldwide, Computacenter employs over 10, 000 employees providing IT advice and support to such major international organisations like Airbus, Sanofi or AstraZeneca.  Our Global Service Desk, based in the city centre of Barcelona, employs over 700 people from across the world. Your role :

You will be providing service of first line technical support to the internal/external staff of the client via phone and email :

  • Receiving requests and finding the solutions to them
  • Logging all calls and incidences in the internal tools
  • Escalating unresolved calls to various support teams
  • Keeping customers updated on the progress of their case

Requirements :

  • To be fluent in French and English
  • Technical skills are desired but not essential
  • Customer oriented with very good communication skills
  • Team player with ability to self manage
  • Organised and efficient
