French Customer Service

This client is an exciting telecommunications company who have a niche position in the market. You are probably familiar with the brand and may have even used it before! Our client has recently obtained customers at a new site in the stunning Sofia, Bulgaria and is looking for bright and enthusiastic linguists to help with their customer service with start dates throughout July and August. 

Your Challenge

Our client is looking for an eager and passionate linguist to help deliver excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will possess patience, empathy and understanding in order to work with customer complaints and problems professionally and effectively. Other tasks you will be undertaking include:

•    Providing customer support via phone and e-mail 
•    Being able to think outside the box with regards to problem solving
•    Having a patient and sympathetic phone manner in order to provide excellent customer service
•    Being able to work independently and efficiently 

Your Resume  

•    Fluent spoken and written French 
•    Near fluency in English (initial training will be in English)
•    Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
•    High school diploma - minimum education
•    Excellent customers service 
•    Excellent computer proficiency  
•    Good level of education

Relocation Reimbursement

A relocation package will be provided for any successful candidates coming from a different country. This would include: • Hotel for first 5 nights • Up to £300 reimbursement of travel costs • Relocation support officer - Includes provision of a letter for a bank account
