FrenchCustomer Service Advisor– Fashion

Location: London (Central)

Salary: £21,500 per year + benefits

Benefits: free breakfasts, free fruit, free drinks!

Working hours: Monday – Friday normal office hours + one weekend every three weeks


Our client is a fast growing e-commerce company in the fashion industry. With offices in London, New York, LA, Sao Paulo and Tokyo, they have ambitious plans to grow even more in 2016. This is where you come in!


We are now looking for a French Customer Service Advisor with a passion for fashion, to join their international customer service team.   You will be taking care of French & English speaking customers via chat, email and over the telephone, providing product information, helping out with orders (and giving fashion advice!).




  • 1+ years’ experience in customer service, ideally in a fashion retail environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French  and English
  • Confident with excellent people skills, and communicate effortless with French Fashionistas!
  • A great listener
  • Love to exceed customers’ expectations
  • Settled in London
  • Interest in brands, blogging &  trends
  • And last but not least… a passion for fashion!
