French Customer Service & Telesales Representative

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

Salary: £17-£20,000 + bonus & benefits

Our client is a well-established, prestigious international company. We are now helping them recruit for a fluent French Customer Service & Sales Representative.

- fluent in French & English
- some experience in customer service, sales, telemarketing or account management
- preferably degree educated
- good IT skills and excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- people person with an outgoing personality
- confident and well-presented
- professional both over the phone and face to face
- looking for a permanent, long term opportunity to grow within an ambitious company

Key responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to clients over the phone and email
General administration duties
Some lead generation, outbound calls and telesales to new and existing clients
Providing product advice to clients
Support to management team with marketing., promotional mailers / mail shots, collection and co-ordination from sales team
Assisting accounts department with debt collection in French
Data entry (setting up new accounts etc)
