We are looking for a French Customer Service Agent in Dublin who would be interested in earning €24,375 gross per annum, along with an extra 10% for night shift allowance as you could be working in shifts from 7pm onwards.
What will you do in this job?
As a customer service agent it will be your job to provide both phone and email troubleshooting & support in regards to payment issues - ensuring that each and every French customer is well looked after.
Who will you be working for?
You will get the chance to work for an Irish owned -global services provider that has expanded into Europe and North America. The Company is based in Dublin which is a city that is well connected what with the LUAS (tram) - so it should be very easy to get around and explore the city.
Who are we looking for?
For this customer Service job we are looking for a near native French speaker who has a great level of English. You have some previous experience in customer service - ideally in a contact centre or perhaps in retail either would be great. You have excellent communication skills in both French and English in the both Verbal and Written forms. You don't mind working in shifts as you would be working night shifts for our client Monda-Friday - but there is a 10% bonus for doing so.
It would be great if you already lived in Dublin or you are able to move here on short notice.

With a number of public transport options to explore the city the sky is the limits (The LUAS, DART, Bus, Taxi, Bike stations). Interview & Salary
The interview process for this job is quite straight forward as all you need to do is pass the initial screening and then sit a face-to-face interview. If you are successful then you can expect to earn €24,375 gross per annum with an extra 10% bonus for night shift allowance.
