French Customer Service Manager - London

French speaking Customer Service Manager with several years customer service experience and 3+ years managerial experience wanted here in London for one of the biggest players in the visual content sector.

Your Tasks:

  • Manage the customer service team here in London - monitoring performance of each member against company KPI’s 

  • Generate & maintain a strong knowledge of the company products/services offering. 

  • Train new customer service team members on the company services techniques. 

  • Work cross functionally with various other departments in order to achieve revenue and company goals. 

  • Complete & deliver regular & accurate reports to management team. 

  • Work closely with sales managers to ensure the sales team is supported & clients needs are met on the customer service side.

Main Requirements:

You will need the following to join the team here:

  • Near Native Level of French

  • Near Native Level of English

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Several years customer service experience 

  • 3+ Years management experience

  • Strong working knowledge in coaching & motivating team.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills 

  • Strong Computer skills - MS Office 

  • Proven track record in setting targets, KPI’s, holding people accountable, offering recognition, retaining high quality employees. 

  • Excellent time management skills 

  • Strong organisation skills 

You have a valid EU Passport or a work permit for England

Interview & Salary:

Firstly you will be invited for a phone call with the HR Manager. Second there would be a video interview with the recruiter and if successful, you will be invited for a face-to-face interview here London with the Manager and HR representative. Of course, if you are currently living outside of London, a video call can be arranged. 

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 gross per annum - this is dependant on experience. Please be aware that there is no relocation package for this position, you would ideally already be living in London and if you are not, you will need to relocate to London on your own expense.
