What will you do in this job?
With this French customer service role, your main job falls under the processing of online orders of our clients products and services. Addressing customer queries and requests in a professional and timely manner. Create, update and manage customer information within the database.

Our client nearly 15 years established now employing over 600 employees in the UK and Belfast is a technology and services provider. With this particular client looking for a number language speakers they are currently looking for a French speaker to fill the position of customer service representative.

Who are we looking for?
For this customer service job we are looking for someone with a near native level of French with a good level of English. With that you have at least 6 months experience in the customer service sector, you have attention to detail and know your way around MSOffice.
A big advantage is a French speaker with experience in Web-based apps or Oracle.

Interview & Salary
