French Customer Service Representative - Sport Retail Company

Job Description

On behalf of our client, we're looking for a French Customer Service Representative for a growing athletic footwear and apparel company.

Part of your goal is to help us become the best sports retailer in the industry. You will be the first point of contact for direct web shop customers and responsible for inquiries via phone, email, social media, and live chat. Empathy, patience and great communication, with a problem-solving attitude, are the assets that will drive you to success!

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Responding to customer queries by telephone & email
  • Processing and taking ownership of all incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment
  • Processing pertinent information into relevant databases
  • Problem solving tasks during shift
  • Handling and taking full responsibility for customer related queries
  • Performing extra tasks given by managers / shift supervisors as required

Requirements: 

  • C1 - C2 level in French
  • C1 - C2 level in English
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong phone contact handling & active listening skills
  • Previous working experience in a relevant role will be considered an advantage
