Your Challenge

Your role within this organisation will be to protect the company and its customers from fraudulent activities. This will require an attentive individual as this job comes with a lot of responsibility. Your daily tasks will include contacting customers and banks to validate information provided. You have to be stress resistant since you will have to make fast decisions. Other tasks will include:

  • Communicating with customers via telephone and chat
  • Internet Research
  • Working as part of a team to meet targets and deadlines
  • Thinking on your feet and outside the box with regards to problem-solving.
  • Improving the overall customer experience

 

Your Resume

  • Fluency in both written and spoken French
  • Proven experience in a customer service environment
  • Highly IT literate with proficiency  and the Internet
  • Flexibility in regards to working hours
  • Attentive to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and be highly organized
  • Excellent communication and people skills both written and verbal.
