French Inbound Sales Advisor

Your Challenge

You will be representing a major player in the hotel industry, with over 6400 hotels in the USA alone and more than 500 separate brands in Europe! You will be supporting customers with their searching, planning and booking of their hotel and guaranteeing a worry-free and efficient travel experience. You will also be responsible for upselling their rewards programme to new customers, which already has more than 28 million members worldwide! Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Advising customers when selecting and booking hotels
  • Creating appropriate offers for the customers based on their desires
  • Dealing with inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively
  • Managing any booking changes, adjustments and any other needs.
  • Working with a team to meet targets and deadlines


Your Resume

  • Fluency in written and spoken French
  • A good knowledge of the English language
  • Great communication skills
  • A team player
  • Ability to work to deadlines and targets
  • IT Literacy
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a Contact Centre environment would be a bonus, but not essential
  • A keen interest in the hotel and travel industry
