French Inside Sales Team Leader

We are looking for a talented French Inside Sales Team Leader to develop a new sales team, providing leadership and delivering high performance.

How will you do it?

We will give you the CRM systems, sales tools and training. It is then up to you to:

  • Bring the best of you to work each day
  • Improve your team’s negotiation, selling & leadership skills
  • Take the best ideas from your colleagues in other markets to get better results from your team
  • Share your experiences & feedback, challenging us to give you better tools and training to ensure we never stop improving


What you will need to succeed with us:

  • Motivate & empower a team of c.10-15 sales people
  • Communicate: The clear vision and strategy for the Suisse market
  • Coach: through regular 1-2-1 and team meetings, to maximize performance, recognize and celebrate successes
  • Build: Develop the sales pipeline & find new business opportunities
  • Team: Establish relationships across functions to build new ideas & improvements in our products
  • KPIs: Implement, analyse & continually improve best practice using the automated reporting suite
  • Efficiency: Identify system & workflow improvements to enhance the team's efficiency


Essential Competencies/ skills of French Inside Sales Team Leader:

  • Native French speaker. 
  • Organized, with the ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment
  • Can utilise data to deliver actionable insights
  • Efficient using MS Office, experience with CRM tools an advantage
  • Experience in people management & leading inside sales teams is an advantage
  • Track record of inside sales management position (3 - 5 years) is an advantage
