What will you do in this Job?
As part of the German and French IT Support team it will be your job to build and maintain customer relationships, to help all B2B customers with the online usage and to help solve website realted issues when needed. When necessary you will need to escalte problems in a timely fashion and aim to have the best possible service in order to help build long lasting relationships with customers.

Who are we looking for?
For this German + French IT Support job we are looking for you to have an excellent level of German and French. As you will be working with customers who speak those languages. Ideally you have some previous customer service/ IT Support experience. You have excellent communication skills and you know your way around Microsoft Office. Having some technical experience would be a plus for this job as you will be helping clients with using our client's online services.
Where would you be working?
Ulm is where this Multilingual speaking job is based - Ulm in Germany. This is a city that is well known for having the world's tallest steeple in their gothic style church and for being the birthplace of Albert Einstein. This is a prime location for those who like to explore as you are only 1 hour train ride away from Stuttgart and Munich. There is plenty more to see and do but we'll leave that up to you.
Interview & Salary
For this IT Support Job you will site 2 interviews - your first will be a phone interview with 2 of your possible team members and the HR manager. If you are successful you will then be invited to an introduction day, which is where you will go to the office (on your own expense) for the day and get a feel for what could be your new IT Support job.
In terms of Salary you can expect to earn between €30,000 - €35,000 gross per annum depending on the level of experience and skill you bring to this IT Support job.
