French Product Support Advisor

Your main tasks:

Our service is responsible for resolving customer's technical requests, when possible, in a single telephone call using customer troubleshooting protocols:

- Offer excellent customer service at all times
- Take incoming user requests (via telephone, email, voicemail and pager)
- Log call details onto the management systems, providing a resolution to the customer
- Maintain knowledge and expertise in order to keep our users satisfied 
- Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress
- Monitor / progress all open queries in queue


What we will give you:

- Full-time contract
- Working hours: rotatory shift from Monday to Sunday from 8AM to 8:30PM
- Salary for full time: 15938.40 Euros base (gross/year) + up to 1920 Euros (gross/year) in bonus

What do we need from you?

- Native/ very high level of French and fluent English
- Passion for technology and customer support
- Excellent communication in a variety of customer facing situations
- Positive attitude & motivation
- Technical certifications or High School/University qualifications
