French Recruitment Manager

Job Description

The French Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing the French CSR’s recruitment team and selection processes, taking into consideration legal issues, company procedures, and established deadlines.

You will be responsible for the management of a team of recruiters and for ensuring both quality and productivity of your team. You will report to the CSR Recruitment Director. Your main responsibilities will includes training, motivating and evaluating the team, managing the recruiter’s schedules, and daily management of the recruitment and selection processes.

You will also be charged with creating recruitment reports, monitoring the applications Data Base daily, and fulfilling daily communication with recruitment agencies and recruiters.

Job Specification

You must be near native fluency in French, written and verbal, and fluent in English, written and verbal. Considerable experience in Recruitment and Selection, preferably multilingual recruitment with experience in contact centre environments.

You must have proven leadership skills, good communication and organisational skills, and have the ability to make decisions under high levels of stress. You just also have a corporative attitude and team spirit.
