French Sales Account Executive for AdRolL

Job Description

We are expanding our sales team and looking for smart, ambitious people who want to help us revolutionize the display advertising industry. As an Account Executive working for a global leader in retargeting, you would become an expert on marketing and advertising, prospect potential clients, and close sales deals. This is a chance to teach companies how to advertise in the 21st century and be a part of the founding team in Barcelona.

About the Position:

·Organize and manage the full sales cycle, from prospection, to building rapport with potential accounts, and negotiating the terms of an greement to close the sale
·Drive AdRoll's revenue growth through outreach of emails & phone-calls with a focus on activation of new business and increasing current account spend
·Contact new accounts to discuss campaign strategy and optimization with advertisers with the aim of cross-selling and up-selling
·Educate prospects on AdRoll's retargeting solutions
·Define and execute the sales forecasting and pipeline management processes

·Base Salary: 18.000€ gross/year, variable: up to 7.000€ gross/year + 3.500€ gross/year (overachievement)

Candidate Requirements:

·Native French speaker
.Fluent English
·Strong sales and organization skills and results oriented
·Be a self-starter with motivation to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
·Experience with a plus
·Experience in selling technology/media solutions is a HUGE plus
·Computer literacy; proficient in MS Office Applications, Excel, Google Apps, and CRM tools 
·Interest in getting into tech sales, passion for online technology and a startup environment
